Yosemite Trails Saddle and Sleigh Company

Just off of Hwy 41, near the small town of Fish Camp, Yosemite Trails is located two miles outside of Yosemite’s south entrance. From this mountain ranch, my family has been raising cattle and guiding Yosemite horseback rides for three generations.

Yosemite Trails Saddle and Sleigh Company: Experience what it was like to be an early pioneer as you wind your way through thick pine forest and cross clear mountain streams on horseback. 1 & 2 hour trail rides depart daily or join us for our exclusive ½ day horseback ride into Yosemite’s Mariposa Grove. What better way to get a glimpse into Yosemite’s past than to visit these 2,000 year old redwood trees the way John Muir did, from the back of a good horse.

For those of you planning to visit Yosemite during the winter months, we have a special treat in store. Authentic horse drawn sleigh rides pulled by Belgian Draft Horses complete with jingle bells. This is truly unique experience for the whole family.
